A Yelp Event is exactly what it sounds like - a listing that you create on Yelp to help advertise your event. The great benefit is that you can add details about your business and encourage community building around your brand at the same time you're promoting the Event. The Yelp Events page is a highly-visited category on that is free, easy to use, and open to all users to post exciting happenings in the area. In this workshop you'll learn how to effectively market and promote your events through Yelp. Learn how to set up an event using compelling content, and most importantly, learn how to market to the Yelp community.This workshop is part of the Yelp Track , a series of classes presented by Yelp.
