Mastering Management Program
You consider yourself a trailblazer,explore your leadership potential and tackle new challenges. You want to leave the world a better place than you found it. But before setting out, consider some potential challenges:

This eight-week course, a program of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, is designed to help you meet whatever challenges lie ahead. Swap stories with fellow emerging leaders, discuss issues of importance to you, and further develop the skills needed to be a leader. Through peer mentoring, coaching, a 360-degree review in your workplace, and proven curriculum, you'll identify your leadership strengths and areas to improve, communicate your values, build collaboration and trust, and express your vision for the future.
You'll walk away from the program a more evolved leader with a more committed workforce, lower turnover, more buy in and increased productivity.
What to Expect:
- Eight two-hour interactive group sessions where you will work through proven curriculum, putting you on track to become an effective and high-performing leader
- Peer-to-peer networking with like-minded emerging leaders
- Practical application of exemplary leadership to a current business challenge
- A Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) 360-degree survey using actual workplace observers

One-on-one coaching with the facilitator post-survey to review strengths and weaknesses
Who Can Participate?
Emerging leaders who are actively searching for leadership techniques, open to being coached and sharing with peers, and willing to make the time and financial commitment to be fully dedicated to the program.
