Emotional intelligence is the strongest predictor of performance, more than IQ. It affects how we manage our behavior, navigate social complexities, and make personal decisions that achieve positive results.
This course begins with a discussion of the underpinnings of how stress affects emotion and how emotional intelligence increases your effectiveness. Participants will learn far-reaching mindfulness techniques that reduce stress, increase self and social awareness, self-regulation and ultimately deepen interpersonal relationships.
The course will include:
-Small group interactions
-Downloadable practice at-home stress reduction recordings
-Techniques to recondition your response to negative triggers
-How to collapse negative biases/charges
-Multiple practices which foster self and social awareness
