Long hours, lack of control over responsibilities, organizational constraints, interpersonal and task conflicts, role ambiguity, and fear of being fired are among the most common stressors that make people unhappy in their work environments. The Mindfulness Track series was designed to combine mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience in ways that help to stimulate healthy work environments. This four-part workshop series will uncover techniques to help with communication, stress reduction, team building, ROI and more!

Small group exercises will be incorporated to illustrate some key predictors of success. Discussion will include getting clear on what success looks like, communication patterns, using conflict, building trust, and how best to work with a virtual team. This course will be interactive.

We will introduce techniques to recondition your response to negative triggers, which collapses negative biases/charges. The class
will incorporate multiple practices which foster self and social awareness.

    Michelle Anne, founder of The Masters Course, a company offering industry-leading leadership and mindfulness training. Michelle combines 26 years of corporate experience at companies like AT&T, Walt Disney, NORAD, and The Colorado Avalanche; with her 25 years of mindfulness training from visionaries such as Jon Kabat-Zinn and Amrit Desai. Having trained at the feet of masters in India, as well as, collaborating with leading western neuroscientists,she offers a very different style of training that changes how people think and perform. Michelle is the mother of 6 and has started 3 successful business.
