Michelle combines 26 years of corporate experience at companies like AT&T, Walt Disney, NORAD, and The Colorado Avalanche; with her 25 years of mindfulness training from visionaries such as Jon Kabat-Zinn and Amrit Desai. Having trained at the feet of masters in India, as well as, collaborating with leading western neuroscientists,she offers a very different style of training that changes how people think and perform.
