Money, Marketing, and Me Track

When asked what gets in the way of their success, business owners always they say one of the following: Money, Marketing or Me.

We've designed this track to address all three issues so that business owners will walk away knowing exactly what must be done to be successful. With over 11 years of experience, the LifePoint system will take the guesswork out of each day. After completing this track, business owners will know exactly what to do every week. In this track you'll learn strategies to overcome what gets in your way, increase your profit, dial in your marketing and grow as a leader.

Our strategies will include:

• Psychological strategies to overcome patterns.

Money Mastery | April 23rd | 4 - 6pm |  Register
"I need to earn more money." Every successful entrepreneur must get comfortable with the fear of making money.
Using The Profit Map, we will explore ways to increase your businesses bottom line.

In this workshop, we'll focus on learning:
1. Patterns that get in the way of not making money
2. Strategies to overcome those patterns
3. Tools to implement that tell you what to do and when to do it

Marketing | May 29th |4 - 6pm |  Register
"I am not sure what to do for marketing and how much to spend." Effectively getting the word out on your business can be tricky.
Using an ROI spreadsheet, we will help further define where to focus marketing time and money.

In this workshop, we'll focus on:
1. Identifying what has worked and what hasn't
2. Defining what is unique about you and how to value that
3. Create a duplicatable, measurable, monthly marketing strategy

Me (Leadership Growth) | June 19th | 4 - 6pm|  Register
"Sometimes I know what to do, I just don't do it." We're going to talk about how to increase your discipline so that you do, what you have to do, to lead a successful business and ideal life.
Learn how to take control of your life, your time, and lead your business where you want it to go.

This session focuses on:
1. Learning to take the emotion out of decision making
2. Understanding the 4 disciplines that will change how you lead
3. Implementing, measuring and adjusting to stay focused
