This workshop series is designed to apply and further develop your estimating skills. The 6-part series will help you create an accurate and competitive estimating process. The intent is to provide information that can be applied to increase the number of estimates you put out, as well as the quality, accuracy and competitiveness of your estimates. Throughout the course, you will be able to utilize what you lean by creating an estimate for a mock project .
