Gallup Reports Employee Engagement is Currently at 15%

Leaders should not underestimate the significant physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social and financial toll the COVID-19 and the racial inequity protests has inflicted. Gallup has found a record drop in life satisfaction and a continued decline in overall wellbeing. The U.N. warns of pandemic’s mental health costs will be greatest that we’ve seen.

Why use Neuroscience to Increase Effectiveness Science proves brain-based learning is effective in making long-lasting brain change. When you change the brain, you change the outcome. The Masters Course programs have been routinely studied by University of Colorado Denver. In a 2019 study, 100% of participants reported reduced stress, 88% increased collaboration, and 89% felt confident they had tools to create brain change.

Learn from a National Expert in Stress Learn from Harvard trained facilitator and a ICF certified executive coach with a background neuroscience and 30 years of practical government and industry experience.

Our Approach: Use Stress as a Tool for Positive Growth and Change. We explore the neuroscience, psychology and biology underlying stress. Class will be over 50% hands-on. Learn your personal stress profile, stress lens and how to re-wire your brain to master stress!

What neuroscience has shown us is that emotions are contagious. Meaning anxiety, fears around the current climate and stress is making it impossible for employees to think, focus, and engage.
