LEANUP Start and Scale Series - Unique Value Proposition & Channels of Distribution
We will discuss how to create a Unique Value Proposition which is what you are proposing to offer to your customers. It sets out the unique value that your business will provide. You need to think about what makes your brand, product or service different from others who are trying to solve the same problems and offer solutions as you. We will also explore what channels you will use to reach your customers? These are the marketing and advertising methods that you’re going to use, from digital marketing such as SEO (see our Office Hours Series) to more traditional channels, like social media, radio, print and workshops/special events. Once you have attended this course you may schedule a free confidential consulting session to have a Central Mountain SBDC counselor work 1 on 1 with you to define your unique value proposition and explore channels of distribution.
