LEANUP Start and Scale Series - Cost Structure & Key Metrics
First, we will review the different types of Cost Structure(s) that you could offer. These are the costs that your business will have in order to run and market your product. Such as your cost of goods and retail or service pricing, staff costs, technology and more. Then we will discuss your key metrics which are what you will use to monitor how your business is performing. You can identify some key activities that you want to watch closely to see how people are interacting with and using your business and its products/services. Finally we will review how you can work out a rough estimate of how many customers you will need to make your business viable.
