Facilitated by Central Mountain SBDC
Topic: Business Basics

In this session we will define your Customer Segments using the Lean Canvas worksheet. Understanding who your customers are is a vital step. You can’t know what their main problems are if you don’t know who they are. In the customer segments section, you need to write down who your target audience is, which might include several customer segments. Since your customers and their problems are tied together we will also review Problems. Understanding the key problems of your customers is essential. You will learn to list the top problems that your different customer segments experience. Finally, we will explore how you can identify solutions. What’s the answer to your customers’ problems that you’re going to offer them? Once you have attended this course you may schedule a free confidential consulting session to have a Central Mountain SBDC counselor work with you 1 on 1 to define your customer segments and explore their problems and your solutions.
