Part 5 of the 2025 WE Gather Series: Accessing the right funding is essential for growing and sustaining your business, but understanding the options and preparing to apply can be daunting. "WE Gather with FUNDING" is designed to equip women entrepreneurs with the tools, strategies, and confidence to secure the capital they need. This workshop will focus on the preparation needed to attract funding, emphasizing the development of a Lean Business Plan and other essential artifacts. Following the workshop, an afternoon expo will provide opportunities to connect directly with funders. What to Expect: _ Understand the Funding Landscape: Gain insights into federal, state, and local funding options, including loans, grants, and alternative financing. - Build a Lean Business Plan: Learn how to craft a focused, actionable Lean Business Plan and supporting documents, critical for funding applications. - Identify Funding Fit: Match your business needs with the right funding opportunities and understand the application process. Includes access to Funding Bot matching. - Prepare for Success: Develop a strong funding application and pitch that resonates with funders. - Attend our afternoon Access to Capital EXPO: Meet Federal, Sate and Local lenders, learn about supportive Federal and State programs and meet local business service providers. The WE Gather 2025 Series is a purpose-driven, heart-centered monthly event created by women for women. Our mission is to amplify Purpose + People + Profit, driving both business success and personal growth. Designed specifically for women entrepreneurs in rural Colorado, this eight-month series features dynamic three-hour sessions focused on: - Purpose-driven leadership - Profit strategies - Technology integration - Business reinvention - Funding access - Holistic well-being - Resilience - Creative pivots Each session is thoughtfully designed to provide expert insights, engaging HerStory features spotlighting local business successes, and interactive workshops. Participants will work through practical exercises covering critical business growth strategies, financial management, personal development, and well-being. To further enhance the experience, the series includes three special afternoon Expos, offering access to resources on: - Funding options (May) Whole health services (June) A public showcase of women-owned businesses (September). These Expos connect attendees with tools and services that are essential for starting, growing, and scaling their ventures.
