Part 6 of the 2025 WE Gather Series: Mental health and wellbeing, supported by practices like mindfulness and a variety of holistic approaches, are foundational not only to a thriving workplace but also to your personal health and overall life satisfaction. However, they are often overlooked in the day-to-day demands of running a business. In this gathering, you’ll be invited to rethink and reimagine how embracing simple or new tactics for whole health can reconnect you with not only a balanced work/life but also a renewed perspective and outlook. You will also hear from and learn from other women who have gone through this process and experienced the whole-life healing that then unfolded. This gathering will provide practical strategies and resources, including a variety of holistic practices, to support the wellbeing of both you and your team, fostering a healthy, resilient, and productive work environment. Remember, the health of your business is deeply interconnected with your own health and wellbeing. What to Expect: _ Understand the Importance of Mental Health and Holistic Practices: Learn why prioritizing mental health, along with incorporating practices such as mindfulness and a variety of holistic approaches, is crucial for the overall success and sustainability of your business.
