An integrated, 4 week experience. The Dimensions Leadership Program is a program designed to deepen personal awareness and develop crucial skills for leading in today's challenging business climate. This 4 week learning laboratory provides significant insight into developing leadership skills to help leaders more effectively impact their organization.

 What makes this program unique? 

  • Training Modules -Four training modules focusing on organizational stewardship, interpersonal mastery, personal mastery and integration. 
  • Executive Coaching - Includes one-on-one coaching sessions with  professional consultants 
  • Workplace Projects - A self-directed workplace project with advising from consultants where participants apply
  • What they've learned while advancing their organizational objectives. 
  • Problem Solving Groups &ndashProblem-solving sessions to address real-time business concerns.
Program Modules: Organizational Stewardship 
Organizational stewardship provides the foundation for leaders to have more significant and positive impact in their organizations. Participants increase their strategic thinking skills, understand how to implement their visions, establish accountability, and improve their ability to proactively plan and lead organizational change. 

Personal Mastery 
Personal Mastery challenges participants to deepen their self-awareness and effectiveness in a safe, evocative atmosphere. Participants explore what it means to lead authentically and intentionally and discover how to consciously learn from their experiences as leaders. Participants also compose their purpose and vision for leading.

Interpersonal Mastery 
Interpersonal Mastery focuses on developing and refining the communication skills needed for transformational leadership. Participants enhance their ability to influence and inspire others in their organization through effective communication.

Integration 
The Boardroom Leadership program concludes by integrating leadership learning, real workplace insights, applications, and lessons from the field. Participants present their workplace projects and receive feedback from colleagues and consultants. Participants also assess progress and create their vision for going forward in their leading.

Workshop and event fees will only be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. In respect of the speakers' and other attendees' time, please e-mail us or call (303) 460-1032 at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel your registration.
