Giving and receiving feedback is a skill that is instrumental to our growth and development. This course will explain why research shows receiving feedback is so crucial yet so challenging. We will offer an evidence-based framework to help you take on life's offhand comments, annual performance reviews and unsolicited criticism with grace and curiosity. Interpersonal Relationships

In this course, you will move from understanding the challenges of receiving feedback to identifying and dismantling your triggers, setting boundaries and engaging in difficult conversations. Discussion will include getting aligned in even the most difficult situations, how to shift from "that's wrong" to "tell me more", and critical problem solving. This course is for anyone who wants to gain insights into yourself and improve both your personal and professional relationships. Refreshingly insightful and practical information.
