  • Letter of intent items to negotiate prior to the lease agreement
  • Landlord concessions and other items to consider asking for before signing a lease
  • Infrastructure, design and construction items to consider before signing a lease
  • Deal breakers and how to identify them
  • What is the difference between an agent/fiduciary and a transaction broker?
  • Breakdown of how a commercial broker gets paid
  • What you should expect from your commercial agent during letter of intent and lease negotiations
  • What you should expect when presenting to a landlord and what you should have prepared to leverage your negotiations
