Building Your Bank Relationship
Designed for businesses looking for money to start or expand their business. Taught by a local banker, topics covered include business loans, micro loans, and SBA loans. The seminar will also explain the lending process and what lenders are looking for; organizing your loan proposal; how to negotiate a loan; identifying internal and external sources of money; and differentiating between equity & debt financing. Basic topics to include in a business plan to prepare for funding will also be included.
