COSOpenforBiz is a "step-by-step" online guide to assist entrepreneurs from their great idea to grand opening in Colorado Springs. Find your key points of contact and helpful resources. This tool serves the brick and mortar small business development process. Starting a business is not a linear process. As you move through each step; other steps or agencies may apply depending on the specifics of your business development needs.
