The Foundations of Marketing - Your Desired Customer—Who’s The Target of Your Marketing?

This class will build on learning in the first Marketing Foundation class, i.e. what's the personality of your business, with a drill down on who are the best prospects for your business and how will you speak to them and understand their needs.

We'll use marketing's 4-P essentials, Product, Price, Place and Promotion to narrow your marketing effort and make it easier to envision how your perfect customer will find you -- and how to create a relationship that lasts.

The language you use, the colors you use, and the platforms you use to communicate all blend together to reinforce your brand and make it like-able and inviting for your prospects.

We'll workshop these fundamentals so you'll go home with short cuts to success along with a better understanding of what your customers need and how to move them from customers to fans.
