Email: A critical tool for managing and building relationships

Email is part of our daily work lives, but it's also integral for building relationships with leads and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and employees.

In this class, you will learn how to write messages with the audience in mind. You will learn relevant concepts through examples and then practice applying such strategies to a sample message. Specifically, we'll look at how to start, end, and format your message; provide relevant context; ask questions; and sound "nice" so your messages are easy for others to read and establish your credibility.

Parking: Blanca Peak is centered behind Longs Peak student Center and Mount Antero. For best access park in front of one of these buildings. Please allow time for parking when students are in session.
