In Business Plan 101, participants learned about the basic elements and key questions to be considered when thinking about starting a business. Often described as “Business Plan Lite,” the workshop helped determine whether a business idea was both feasible and practical. Business Plan 201 will help participants present their business idea to lenders, investors and customers while providing a roadmap for its successful operation and management.

• How can you convince others YOU’RE the right person for this business?
• Is there a viable MARKET for your offerings?

• Where can you find the RESOURCES needed to help you succeed? An effective, WORKING business plan provides both the foundation and the pathway for a successful enterprise. It also tells others that the business is real and worth supporting.
