This workshop is essential for all prime contractors and subcontractors working on CDOT highway construction contracts. CDOT Civil Rights & Labor Compliance staff, including local Region Civil Rights Managers, will provide vital information about how to comply with 2017 CDOT and federal contracting regulations. The format of the workshop has been modified to follow the construction project life cycle. It will also cover the new LCPtracker system that will be required for certified payroll reporting on all construction projects advertised after January 1, 2016 and the B2GNow system that will be required for DBE commitments and prompt payment tracking on projects advertised after February 9, 2017. Topics include: - FHWA 1273 - EEO Contract Requirements - DBE Requirements (including new DBE Specification) - ESB Program - CDOT Form 205 - OJT Requirements - Certified Payrolls - Davis-Bacon and Related Acts - Site of Work - Classification of Workers - LCPtracker: Certified Payroll - B2GNow: DBE Commitments and Prompt Payment Suggested Audience: Project superintendents, construction contractor employees, consultant project managers, payroll administrators, EEO officers, estimators, and others involved in CDOT construction contract administration.
