Speaker(s): : Judith has 30 years of experience practicing law in Colorado. She works to tailor an intellectual property and corporate protection program around her clients’ unique needs – whether creating a new name for a product or service, developing new contracts to protect internal copyrights, patents, or trade secrets, registering a name for an existing product, or preparing an advertising campaign in print or over the Internet. Over her years in practice, she has worked in other varied areas including complex civil litigation, domestic issues, defamation, commercial and residential real estate, entity formation and maintenance, and more. Judith has is serving on the Trademark Office Practices Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) for the 2016-2017 term. In addition, Ms. Keene is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations and the Colorado Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
