Strategic Training for Agencies & Institutions

Have an existing agency or non-profit? Thinking of starting one? Come join the Business Incubator Center’s strategic planning series designed to improve business capacity and overall management of key institutions. In partnership with Mesa County Behavioral Health, this first of its kind program will lead participants through 8 weeks of in-person training on topics of financial budgeting, credentialing, HR, business planning, and overall organizational management. The 8 weekly sessions will culminate with 16 additional weeks of 1:1 consulting in which participants will be paired with industry experts to implement plans and strategies learned into their organizations. There is no cost to join, thanks to generous support from Mesa County Behavioral Health. Applications are now open. Registration required and space is limited.
