July-Oct 12-Week Small Business Accelerator Program
This 12-week series is designed to help new startups plan and start their businesses quickly and successfully. Utilizing the interactive Six-Week Start-Up curriculum by PlanningShop alongside round-table discussion and development activities, the Small Business Accelerator Program encompasses every aspect of getting your business from a base concept to opening day.
Topics of study include:
Clarifying your business concept; Creating your corporate identity; Conducting market and competitor research; Finding suppliers and strategic partners; Establishing your network; Legal and licensing matters; Building your team structure; Finding a location; Product distribution; Money matters and financing; Developing your marketing plan; Establishing an online presence; Planning your grand opening.
