This 12-week series is designed to aid small business owners in starting, diversifying, or improving your business quickly and efficiently. Utilizing critically acclaimed and SBDC endorsed curriculum 6-Week Start-Up by Rhonda Abrams alongside Harvard Business School-style Roundtable discussions, the Small Business Accelerator Program is an intensive curriculum meant to prepare small business owners to overcome any challenges that you encounter, from developing your basic business concept to opening day. Even experienced business owners can learn something new in this immersive course.
Topics of study include:
Clarifying your business concept; Creating your corporate identity; Conducting market and competitor research; Finding suppliers and strategic partners; Establishing your network; Legal and licensing matters; Building your team structure; Finding a location; Product distribution; Money matters and financing; Developing your marketing plan; Establishing an online presence; Planning your grand opening.
Due to the season's Holidays, we will be condensing the Accelerator into 11 weeks so everyone can enjoy their Thanksgiving vacation. This means our final weeks will exceed the normal 2 hour session time.

Your $100 registration fee will be required at the time of registration. Upon completion of the series, you will receive a $75 reimbursement and be entered in the Business Computer Giveaway valued at $2,500, which includes a business laptop computer set up, current Microsoft operating system, a 1 year Microsoft Office Software subscription, and a 1 year Quickbooks subscription.
