is a Vice President at Hg Consult, a DBE-certified full-service engineering and planning firm. Jerry has successfully served as the overall leader for multi-office transportation practices, as well as Project Director on many major highway/bridge design-build projects. He has managed complex highway corridor planning and engineering design projects, major investment studies, environmental impact statements, toll feasibility studies, general engineering consultant services for toll agencies, major interchange design projects, and transit studies. He is currently the Small Businesses Liaison for ACEC Colorado and CDOT.
